He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hines and Patrina Hines; and his daughter Susan Dawson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pam" Hines; his pet Frankey; and his daughter Paula Hines Kennell of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by his family.
