He was predeceased by: his father Herbert T. Catterton. He is survived by: his mother Alverta Catterton; his wife Agnes Hartge Catterton; his children, Betty Bergstrom (Bill), Diane Klinken (Fred), Kathy Britschge (Tom) and Richard Catterton (Terrie); and his sister Nancy Parlett. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Herbert's memory to Southern High FFA Alumni, Margaret Chase, 2857 Davidsonville Rd., Davidsonville, MD 21035 or to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
