He is survived by: his wife Margie Folk; his children, John Folk, Donnie Folk, Terri Lynn Buckley and Gina DeHaven; and his stepdaughters, Donna Vaughan and Debbie Lombel. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
