He is survived by: his wife Jane Moore; his sons, Justin Moore (Stephanie) of Ithaca, NY and Michael Moore (Leslie) of Zionsville, IN; his grandchildren, Laurel, Fennel and Landry; his sister Alice Forry (Fritz) of Portsmouth, RI; and the mother of his children Kay Moore of Oxford, OH..
