He was predeceased by: his mother Bettianne Welch. He is survived by: his siblings, Christa Bellanca of Annapolis, Maryland and James Nicholas Welch of Tustin, California; his nieces and nephews, Justine Welch, Isabel Grim, Robert James Welch and Tilghman Grim; his cousins, Michelle, John Mercure, Nick and Dawn Fisch; and also, Alexander, Nicholas, Aimee and Kierra.
