He was predeceased by: his father George, Jr. Moffat; his son Craig A. Moffatt, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Maus, David Hartlove, III, Linda J. Hartlove, Paul Booth, David Freeman and Ricky Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Moffatt; his daughter Lyndsey Lawrence (Nick); his granddaughter Maya Lawrence of Shady Side, MD; his sister Cindy Booth of Delaware; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Maus of South Carolina and Allison Neal; and his niece Nikki Sissler. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
