He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Morgan and Esther Morgan (Kline); his wife Peggy A. Morgan (Letteer); and his daughter Lori Ann Morgan. He is survived by: his brothers, Rodney D. Morgan of Bloomsburg and Daniel "Danny" Morgan (Pam) of Phoenix. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
