She was predeceased by: her parents, James Luther Webster and Margaret Phillips Webster; her husband Carlton James "Jimmy" Mitchell; her son Jay Mitchell; her stepson Mike Mitchell; and her siblings, Buster, Charles, Roger, Douglas Webster, Frances Percifield, Mary Adams and Patti Mobray.

She is survived by: her daughter Shay Wagner (Rob); her stepson Jeff Mitchell (Ronda); her grandchildren, Rachel Foskey, William Foskey (Jen), Jayson Fitzgerald (April), Kristie Hull (Joe) and Michelle Phillips (Bryan); her great grandchildren, Nova, Sadie, Levi, Kora, Jada, Kenna, Jase and Amaya; and her sister Susan Collins (Lance). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
