With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Frank Ballou of Eden, Maryland, born in Rochester, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 27, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Laurence Ballou and Dorothy Ballou; his wife Carolyn Frances Waller of White House, NJ; his brother Charles Ballou; and his children, Cathy Nolan (Jim), Joe Ballou, Jr. (Michelle) and Karen Mason (Bob). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Allen Historical Society or Salisbury Urban Ministries.
