He is survived by: his wife Marillyn Lewis; his children, Tamara Johnson, Ronald Lewis (Heather), Tiffany Bloodsworth and Tara Wampler (Todd); his grandchildren, Kyle Shrieves, Kristi Johnson, Michael Lewis, Shelby Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Alexis Robinson, Michael Bloodsworth, Daniel Lewis, Hunter Wolske and Caleb Wolske; his great grandchildren, Aiden Bloodsworth and Emma Bloodsworth; and his sister Irene Shockley (Herbert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
