He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pearson Timmons of Eden, MD; his children, Conway Ernest Timmons of Rainesville, AL, Eric Dwayne Timmons of Eden, MD and Theresa Lynn Perdue of Eden, MD; and his grandchildren, Conway Ernest Timmons Jr., Shyla Emily Timmons, Haley Nicole Timmons, Laura Elizabeth Perdue, Julie Ann Perdue and Sophie Brooke Perdue.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hinman Funeral Home (11673 Somerset Ave, Princess Anne, MD 21853). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
