He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver J. Caple, and Margaret V. Caple, Sr. (Wilson); and his siblings, Oliver Caple, Jr., Howard Hartman, Lawrence Hartman and Cecilia Way.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his children, Brandon (Ashley), Justin (Lindsay), Sarah (Garrett) and Chase; his stepson Steven; his sisters, Juanita Hartlove of Baltimore, Rita Perez (Arthur) of Pensacola, FL, Melonie Heilman (Larry) of Joppa, MD and Terry Parks (Dale) of Baltimore; and his grandchildren, Kohle, Alanah, Jasulen, Abrie, Braxton, Mason and Jaxson.
