He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Windsor Gladden and Chlora Blanche Causey Gladden; and his son Chris James Gladden. He is survived by: his wife Drusilla "Dru" Conley Gladden; his children, Dean Edmond Gladden (Melanie), Denise Gladden Donalds and Sandy Conley Gladden; his grandchildren, Lauren Freyder (Drew), Stacey Hilton (Wayne) and Cody Donalds (Liz); his great grandchildren, May, Grace, Liam, Jude Gladden, Bella, Amia, Giana Freyder, Trent, Dylan, Chris, Peighton, Colton and Jaxon Hilton; his brother Gordon Gladden (Mary Sue); his nieces and nephews, Missy and David (Tara); his brother-in-law Alonzo Conley; and his grandson Jamie.
