He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Zane A. W. and Stella Green (Hofmann). He is survived by: his wife Susan (Farley); his children, Lucas A. Green (Casie) and Megan L. Shusko (Robert); his sister Beth; his brother-in-law Douglas Dewhirst; and also, Delaney, Aisley and Mitchelle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
