With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Walter Lane of Easton, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Walter left this world on March 6, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Lane and Bernice West Lane; and his son Edward Jack. He is survived by: his wife Pauline L. Bement; his daughter Carolyn (Davey); his sister Patricia Sheffer of Meadville, PA; his nephews, Gordon Sheffer (Barb) of Cochranton, PA and Dale Bement (Lucy) of Centerville, PA; his niece Debbie Smith (Scott) of Hydetown, PA; and his pets, Duke and Nottingham.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Talbot Bible Church (9114 Chapel Rd, Easton, MD 21601). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
