He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Blades; his children, Roy Blades, II, Zachary (William Miller), Jacob and Monica Thompson (Matt); his grandchildren, Morgan (Mike Lawler), Billy III (Morgan Smith), Bradley, Dylan, Carson and Madison; his son Troy Blades (Tara); and his grandchildren, Brayden, Brooklynn, Brynnen, Ava and Braxden.
