He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Castle and Zelma Castle (Davidhizar); his wife Jacqueline Castle; and his siblings, Peggy A. Doherty, Patty K. Lockwood and David R. Castle.
He is survived by: his children, Carey Castle Foster, Barry L. Legg (Eileen) and William R. Legg; his grandchildren, Carly A. Wood (David), Kevin R. Legg (Mandy) and William E. Legg (Brittaney); his great grandchildren, Briana Legg, Abigail Legg, Nora Wood, Everett Wood and Ava Legg; and his siblings, Penny M. Kindig, Vernon L. Castle, Jr. (Ellen) and John J. Castle.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the VFW Post #7464 (203 Vfw Ave, Grasonville, MD 21638). A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (11365 Ocean Gateway, Easton, MD 21601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grasonville Volunteer Fire Department 4128 Main St, Grasonville, MD 21638.
