He is survived by: his children, Sheila Englehart and Sean Councell (Debi); his grandchildren, Jennifer Englehart, Eric Englehart, Derek Penkert, Adam Penkert and Bryan Councell; his great grandchildren, Skylar Englehart, Layne Englehart, Zanna Penkert, Celeste Penkert, Jack Councell and Stevie Councell; his sister Faye Councell Pollilo of Stevensville, MD.; and his caregiver Elrine Johnson.
