He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Harry Cawley, Jr. of Oxford and Patricia Cawley Conaway of Easton; and his pet Brice. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Cawley; his children, Gina Moffett, Brittani Cawley, Nicholas Yurcic, Michael Yurcic (Jill), Zachary Yurcic, Erica Pagan (Frank) and Arielle Robinson; and his siblings, Will Cawley, III (Irina) of Oxford and Christina Nunez-Cawley (Joey) of Easton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Memorial donations in Phil's name may be made to the Talbot Humane Society.
