She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius F. Collins, Jr. and Veronica C. Clarke; her husband Michael J. Jacobs; and her sister Cornelia V. Nemeyer. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Anne Jacobs Barney and Jason Daniel Jacobs; her grandchildren, Jack M. Barney, Griffin T. Barney, Deanna M. Jacobs and Nicholas C. Jacobs; her brother Jeremiah J. Collins; and her nieces and nephews, Cordelia V. Nemeyer, David C. Collins, Lisa A. Montessi, Kirsten E. Starrett and Shannon N. Keough.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (1210 S Washington St, Easton, MD 21601).
