He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn M. Dulin; and his children, Leslie J. Bailey of Richmond, VA, Norma Jo Dowling of Littleton, PA and Leroy K. Hurley Jr. of Gerrardstown, WV. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home (200 S Harrison St, Easton, MD 21601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
