He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon D. "Sonny" Middleton and Frances Dorrell Middleton; his wife Christine Butts; and his siblings, David Middleton, Dallas Dorrell, Marie Johnson and Barbie Hickman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Middleton and Heather Middleton; his grandchildren, Christopher, Dylan, Haleigh, Hannah, Lea and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
