He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Thelma Hawkins Merceron; his siblings, Robert E. Merceron and Sandra Brown; and his granddaughter Haley.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Merceron of Easton; his children, Trevor Merceron, Tricia Wilkens (Jason), Jaime Riley, Jim Riley (Katherine) and Howard Eaton (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Wyatt, Carly, Jimmy, Clementine, Shepherd, Jettson, Hunter and Hannah.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home (200 S Harrison St, Easton, MD 21601). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Oxford Cemetery.
