He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond Chaplain and Ethel Hickson Chaplain; his brother-in-law Charlie Ewing; his cousin Timmy Chaplain; and his friends, Marilyn and Richard Seigman.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cole of Bozman; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Cristina; his grandsons, Kenny and Connor; and his brother Raymond (Mary).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home (200 S Harrison St, Easton, MD 21601). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Home (200 S Harrison St, Easton, MD 21601).
Donations can be made to Talbot Hospice in lieu of flowers.
