He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arno Wahl and Christine Ruetzel (Wahl); his brother-in-law John Quinn; and his parents, Lara Bhatnager and Gaurav Bhatnager.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Quinn Wahl; his siblings-in-law, Herbert Ruetzel of Chesapeake, VA and Jieping Liu; his nephews, Gordon of New York City and Craig Ruetzel (Julia); and his great-nephews, Andrew and Douglas of Virginia.
If so inclined, donations may be made in his name to The Avalon Foundation, the Chamber Music Society, the Talbot Humane Society or a charity of their choice.
