He is survived by: his wife Josephine Brown of Federalsburg, MD; his son Franklin Lee Brown, Jr. (Amber) of California; his stepson Dale Kevin Wise Jr.; his grandchildren, Isaiyah, Kamiyah Brown, Dalasia and Devin Wise; his siblings, William Brown (Benita) of Seaford, MD and Delores Anderson of Denton, MD; his siblings-in-law, Ola Waples (Joe) of Georgetown, DE, Gloria Belfield of Federalsburg, MD, Michelle Belfield of Salisbury, MD, Charles Belfield and Arthur Belfield of Millsboro, DE; his close friend Tony Coursey, Sr. (Marcella) of Denton, MD; and his godson Tony Coursey, Jr. (Shanett).
