She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nehemiah Harriss, Jr. of Wilmington, NC and Julia Hobgood Harriss of Wilmington, NC; and her brother George Nehemiah Harriss, III of Fayetteville, NC.. She is survived by: her husband Jack Mason of Easton, MD; her son Mark Mason, Sr. of Secretary, MD; her grandsons, Mark, Jr. and Daniel (Kristina); and her children, Ashley Thomas-Mason of Quantico, MD, Gabriel and Adan (John). She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
