She was predeceased by: her parents, James Isaac Parrott and Lena Stephenson Sullivan Parrott; her husband J. Norris Coulby; her children, Eunice Estelle Roe and David Kenneth Parks; her siblings, Louise, Pauline Parrott, Philip L. and Davis S. Parrott; and her grandchildren, Terri Parks and D. R. Roe.
She is survived by: her son W. Roger Parks (Betty) of Cambridge, MD. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
