The memory of Edna Mae Parrott Parks Coulby of Easton, Maryland, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 110, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Isaac Parrott and Lena Stephenson Sullivan Parrott; her husband J. Norris Coulby; her children, Eunice Estelle Roe and David Kenneth Parks; her sisters, Louise and Pauline Parrott; and her grandchildren, Terri Parks and D. R. Roe.
She is survived by: her son W. Roger Parks (Betty) of Cambridge, MD. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
