He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Lewis Weaver and Lois B. Jackson of Bozman, MD.; his son-in-law Michael Wyatt; and his grandsons, Allen Michael Wyatt and Zachary Hunter Spies.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Milligan Weaver; his children, Lisa Weaver, April Weaver Bishop (Billy), Sharri Wyatt, Tammi Satchell, Jeffrey Milligan and Cyndi Milligan; his grandchildren, Madi, Sydney, Ty, Ally, Ryan, Conor and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Charleigh and Adalyn; his sister Lynn Tucker (Mike); and his nephew James Sharp (Connie).

Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home (200 S Harrison St, Easton, MD 21601). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations can be made to Talbot Hospice, 586 Cynwood Drive, Easton, MD 21601.

“I had the honor I meeting Daryl through mutual friends when I was in my early 20's. We spent many days together water skiing, fishing and hunting. In the summer often we would eat crabs on his porch. We had our share of adventures, my favorite was when we went to camp on a mountain top in northern Maine for two weeks bear hunting. One of the days we got lost on the ATV's and ended up in Canada! The only bear we saw was a stuffed one at LL Bean! I will miss you immensely. Rodney Spring”
