He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Shorter, Jr. and Lorraine Burton Short; and his brothers, Howard Shorter III and Ricky A. Shorter. He is survived by: his wife Gail Shorter of Easton; his son Lee Shorter (Bobbi) of Tomball; his grandchildren, Sabre Shorter and Logan Shorter; and his brother Luther Shorter (Sharon) of Cambridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home (700 Locust St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
