He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth and Howard H. Wooters, Sr.; and his brother Howard "Junior" Wooters (Charlie). He is survived by: his nephew Steven Wooters (Tracie); his niece Cheryl Wooters Hughes (Al); his sister-in-law Bonnie Lee Wooters; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandt Wooters (Juliette), Ashley Ward (Shawn), Bradley Hughes (Jenna), Krista Seese (Dylan), Lindsay Cappa (Steve) and Kaitlyn Gambrill (Matt); his close friends, Mark Sump, Duane, Michael Ann Sard, Clifford Harris, Scott and Kehaulani Ke Shuart; and his friend Vernon Dulin.
