She was predeceased by: her parents, Prince Windsor and Anna Windsor; and her husband Dr. Richard Ortel. She is survived by: her sons, Steven Wade Ortel (Laura) of Easton, MD, Jeffery Roy Ortel (Stephanie) of Huntsville, AL and Scott Windsor Ortel (Meg) of Glenwood, MD; her sister Sandra Crosby; and her grandchildren, Alison, Ryan, Courtney, Ashley, Katie and Ellie.
