He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alberta Lewis Brooks and William Franklin Brooks, Sr.; his wife Debbie Brooks; his son William F. "Frankie" Brooks III (Mary McDannell) of Gettysburg, PA; his grandson William F. Brooks IV; his daughter Jennifer Brooks Beath (Ernie) of Cambridge; his grandchild Baby Beath; his siblings, Connie Ruark (Glenn) of Cambridge, Debby Spicer (Tommy) of Golden Hill and Stephen Brooks (Dianna) of Cambridge; his uncle Jimmy Brooks of Hurlock; and also Alberta Brooks of Cambridge. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
