He was predeceased by: his father Richard H. Norfolk, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Kimble Phillips; his wife Angela Norfolk; and his children, Wyatt Norfolk (Jordan), Rachele Sokolis (Chris), Derrick Norfolk (Angie), Joshua VanMeter (Holli), Amy Norfolk and Chasidy Dodson (BJ). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home (700 Locust St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
