He is survived by: his mother Joyce Kimble Phillips; his wife Angela Norfolk; and his children, Wyatt Norfolk (Jordan), Rachele Sokolis (Chris), Derrick Norfolk (Angie), Joshua VanMeter (Holli), Amy Norfolk and Chasidy Dodson (BJ). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
