She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Lowe Sr.; her daughter Michelle Johnson; and her siblings, Willie Lowe Jr. and Patricia Maquardt. She is survived by: her parent Ruth A. Simpson Clark; her daughter Crystal Johnson; and her sister Barbara Fishell of Federalsburg. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
