He is survived by: his wife Betsy Willoughby; his daughters, Elizabeth Willoughby, Taylor Willoughby and Alexis Willoughby (Ronald Ramos); his grandchildren, Riley Harris, Bailey Harris and Savannah Willoughby; his brothers, Rickey Willoughby (Linda) of Salisbury, Jeff Willoughby (Melissa) of Hurlock and Troy Willoughby (Karen) of Stevensville; his sister-in-law Michelle Klinedinst (Jim Klinedinst) of Dagsboro, DE; his mother-in-law Amanda Morris of Federalsburg; and his close friends, Kirk, Ronnie Moxey of Hurlock and Junior Ramos.
