She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Elzey and Kate Elzey; her husband Grayson Hurley; her in-laws, Grayson, Sarah Hurley, BJ, Terry Jo Hurley, Carol Hurley, Patsy and Chuck Stansbury; and her friends, Pat, Rosie and Nancy.
She is survived by: her children, Kalee Hurley (Bet Mendoza), Tonie Hurley and Antwan Lake; her grandchildren, Katie Ellis (Zach Ellis), Sherree Mendoza and Rider Mendoza; her great grandchild Laila; her goddaughter Traci Insley; her nephew Brian (Patrick Hurley); and her niece Sharon Stansbury.
A reception was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Funeral Home (700 Locust St, Cambridge, MD 21613).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Faye's memory to Kitty Kat Kottage 3711 Elliott Drive, East New Market, MD 21631 or Baywater Animal Rescue, 4930 Bucktown Road, Cambridge, MD 21613, two organizations that were close to her heart.
