He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lashuk and Frances Witucke Lashuk. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Lashuk; his daughters, Lisa Lashuk Shreve (Mark) of Herndon, VA and Lori Hoffman (Rob) of Elliott City, MD; his grandchildren, Ashley Kerfoot and Bradley Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Isabel Kerfoot.
