We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2024, at the age of 84, Hollie Smith Jr. of East New Market, Maryland, born in Cambridge, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Hollie had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Hollie may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie Smith, Sr. and Lillie Harris Smith; and his brothers, Kenneth Smith and Spencer Smith. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Borga; his nephew Kenneth Smith (Teresa) of Cambridge; and his niece Rose Marie Hollis (Sydney) of North Carolina.
