He is survived by: his parents, Bill Leonard and Mary Leonard; his sons, Dash and Kip; his wife Abby Horseman; his parents-in-law, Lanise Mohn (Todd) and Kenny Horseman (Daniel); his brother-in-law Spencer Horseman; and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that helped do whatever was necessary to help him and his family.
