He is survived by: his wife Virginia West Boggs; his children, Julie Tall and Randy Steve (Rosemary) of Newark, DE; his sister Genevieve Sharp of New Castle; his grandchildren, Greg Lum, Eric Vincent and Maria O'Keefe (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Blaine and Gavin. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
