He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis H. and Helen C. Louth, Sr. (McCullough); his wife Rena E. Louth (Spence); and his sons, James F. Louth and Gerald T. Louth.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Ann Duff of Earleville, MD and Francis J. Louth (Connie) of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Stacey, Christy, Christopher, Jesse, Kelly, Eric, Jennifer, Ashley, Patrick and James, Jr.. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, entombment will be held privately, and a service will be announced at a later date.
