He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis and Mary Helen McDade (Wojs). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ann Linder McDade; his children, Michael McDade and Jessica McDade; his sister Mary McDade; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Mary Ann Linder.
