He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Davie (Gaulden); his children, William Clair Davie, Jr. (Heather) of La Plata, MD and Debra Lynn Miller (Cory) of Philipsburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Emma and Ryan Davie.
