He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram McNelly and Rose McNelly; and his sisters, Barbara J. Cooper and Mary Lee Hawley. He is survived by: his wife Mary B. "Deb" McNelly; his children, Sean M. McNelly and Kerry M. Lennon (Joseph M. Lennon, III); his grandchildren, Alexandra Paige Askew-McNelly, Fiona Gerhard McNelly, Joseph M. Lennon, IV and Liam M. Lennon; and his sister Carol Bridges of Little Rock. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, and many great nieces.
