He is survived by: his wife Frances Hyatt; his daughters, Jennifer and Melanie Driscoll; his stepchildren, Maria Miller, Richard Hyatt (Heidi), Mark Hyatt (Charlotte) and Anne DeVaughn (Russell); his grandchildren, Brittney, Justin, Holly, Katie and Brayden; and his brother Ken Driscoll (Sherry). He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, or an environmental organization of one's choice.
