He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Starling of Dunkirk; his children, Robert Starling (Sandy) of Owings, Cynthia Starling of Bowie and Bradley Starling (Judy) of Jarrettsville; his grandchildren, Amanda, Holly, Jacob, William and Spencer; his great grandchildren, Dylan, McKinley, Camran and Kaiden; his sisters, Agnes and Brenda; and his sisters-in-law, Pam and Joyce.
