He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carroll and Lillian Carroll (Norfolk); his wife Anita Marie; his nephew William "Billy" Zentgraft; his niece Jana Howard; and also, Elsie M. Zentgraft (William "Bill"), Margaret J. Howard (Charles "Tink") and Steve Shepard.
He is survived by: his nieces, Genevieve "Gennie" Zentgraft of Prince Frederick, Christina "Christy" Rickett of Prince Frederick and Michelle "Shelley" Heier of Lothian; and his nephew Charles Allen Zentgraft of Prince Frederick.
