In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Carlos leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Carlos may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Machado and Anna Machado (Rapoza); and the mother of his children Patricia Machado. He is survived by: his wife Janet Machado; his children, Carleen Bellaire (Mederick) of Providence, RI, Kathy Thomas of Chantilly, VA, Jane Kestner of Chantilly, VA and Peter Machado of Boyce, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria McNally, Linda Jenkins and Buddy Jenkins, Jr.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
