Walton (Effie); and his nieces and nephews, Robert S. Walton, IV, Edward A. Walton, Elizabeth H. Walton and Theodora E. Walton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk (7922 Wise Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222).
